Next was coming up with the initial pictures. The theme is Typical Day In The Life of YOU!!!! What is a typical day in the life of Kitty? I come online and spend what time I can with my husband, Magic. When he is not available, I do modeling related things or do hunts. None of that lends its self to anything interesting or possible interesting pictures.
Then I was sharing some recent photos I took for my blog with Magic. He said, "They are nice, but they are not you." Since I have gone into modeling, it has really bothered Magic. I know have two bodies. I have the Kitty he knows and loves. I also have model Kitty that is taller, less curvy, and can't wear his favorite hair (flexi-hair) when working.
This finally gave me the idea for my initial pictures, Masquerade. "Masquerade! Paper faces on parade . . . Masquerade! Hide your face, so the world will never find you!" from Phantom Of The Opera. Is this not what SL is? How many of us have avatars that look like us in RL? How many of us do things in SL that we can't or wouldn't do in RL? Is this not what modeling is? How many of us change our body to fit the outfit? Change our hair color, eye color, skin color to fit the outfit or theme?
Once I had the theme for my pictures, everything else fell into place. I had the perfect dress, named none other then, Masquerade by Heth Haute Couture. Then I found the perfect mask in my inventory, Volto Aurora Gold Mask by Boudoir. The background for my pictures is a grand staircase like Phantom Of The Opera.
